SYSGENIK is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer – Claudeforce & Agentforce to design and build enterprise AI solutions combining Salesforce, Agentforce, Claude, and modern agentic AI technologies.
This is an engineering role rather than a pure prompt-engineering position.
The successful candidate will work on AI agents capable of accessing enterprise knowledge, interacting with Salesforce and other business systems, executing controlled actions, supporting users during business processes, and automating workflows while maintaining appropriate security and governance.
The position will contribute to both SYSGENIK client implementations and our internal AI product initiatives.
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Develop AI agents, agent actions, topics, workflows, prompts, and business-process automation.
- Build integrations involving Claude/Anthropic technologies and Salesforce.
- Work with emerging Claudeforce capabilities as the Salesforce and Anthropic ecosystem develops.
- Integrate AI agents with Salesforce data, APIs, business logic, and workflows.
- Develop secure integrations with external business applications and enterprise data sources.
- Build agentic workflows combining LLM reasoning with deterministic business rules.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise knowledge-grounding solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured enterprise knowledge sources.
- Implement tool calling and controlled AI actions.
- Build context-management approaches for enterprise AI applications.
- Develop AI prototypes and convert successful prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Implement appropriate human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive or high-impact actions.
- Test AI solutions for accuracy, hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, failure scenarios, and reliability.
- Design logging, monitoring, auditing, and traceability for AI agents.
- Implement authentication, authorization, data-access controls, and AI security measures.
- Evaluate new Salesforce, Claude, Agentforce, MCP, and agentic-AI capabilities.
- Contribute to SYSGENIK's AI products, reusable components, and solution frameworks.
- Strong software-development fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs or generative AI.
- Understanding of AI agents, tool/function calling, orchestration, and contextual grounding.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs with enterprise applications.
- Strong REST API, JSON, OAuth, and integration knowledge.
- Salesforce platform knowledge.
- Experience with Apex, Salesforce APIs, Flow, or related Salesforce technologies.
- Programming experience using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a comparable language.
- Understanding of RAG and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, data privacy, and AI security.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on Agentforce experience.
- Experience with Agentforce Builder, Agent Script, Prompt Builder, or Data Cloud.
- Claude API or Anthropic development experience.
- Model Context Protocol experience.
- Vector databases, embeddings, or semantic-search experience.
- Experience developing production AI agents rather than basic chatbots.
- Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, collaboration, or other enterprise platforms.
- Salesforce certifications.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
3+ years of relevant enterprise software development experience with hands-on AI/LLM experience
