The Inside Sales Executive will support SYSGENIK's business development activities by identifying prospective customers, researching accounts and contacts, initiating outbound communication, qualifying potential opportunities, and scheduling meetings for further sales discussions.
The role is primarily focused on lead generation and early-stage sales qualification rather than independently closing complex technology deals.
- Research companies and identify potential customers that may require CRM, cloud, AI, automation, software development, or technology consulting services.
- Identify relevant decision-makers and business contacts within target organizations.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
- Initiate professional conversations with prospective customers and introduce SYSGENIK's services.
- Understand the prospect's business environment and identify potential technology or operational requirements.
- Ask structured qualification questions to understand business needs, current systems, challenges, timelines, and potential interest.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined sales criteria.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for senior sales or technical team members.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within the company's CRM.
- Record calls, emails, follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and other sales activities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects who have expressed interest but are not yet ready for a meeting.
- Support account research before discovery or sales meetings.
- Work with senior sales and technical team members when prospects require detailed technical information.
- Maintain an organized prospect pipeline and follow-up schedule.
- Meet defined activity and lead-generation targets.
- Participate in sales training, product/service learning sessions, and regular performance discussions.
- Develop an understanding of technology consulting and B2B solution-selling practices.
