SYSGENIK is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our business growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our technology consulting services.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, researching organizations, connecting with business decision-makers, conducting outbound sales activities, understanding customer requirements, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling discovery meetings with the sales team.

The role focuses on promoting SYSGENIK’s technology consulting services, including CRM implementation, Salesforce consulting, Zoho solutions, business automation, system integrations, application development, and managed support services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, client communication, and maintaining sales activities within a CRM system.

This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to professionally engage with business owners, executives, and technology leaders.

Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospect Identification
  • Research companies and identify potential customers who may benefit from SYSGENIK’s technology consulting services.
  • Identify relevant contacts and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Gather information about prospects, industries, business operations, and potential technology requirements.
  • Maintain organized prospect information and ensure accurate sales records.
Outbound Sales Activities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, and professional networking channels.
  • Initiate conversations with potential customers and introduce SYSGENIK’s services.
  • Communicate the value of CRM, automation, integration, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to develop sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular sales activity levels to support pipeline growth.
Lead Qualification
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, current systems, and operational requirements.
  • Ask relevant questions to determine business needs and potential project opportunities.
  • Identify qualified prospects based on:
    • Business requirements
    • Technology challenges
    • Project interest
    • Decision-making process
    • Expected timeline
    • Key stakeholders
  • Determine whether prospects are suitable opportunities for SYSGENIK’s services.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with the sales team.
Opportunity Handover
  • Provide complete and accurate information before transferring qualified opportunities to the sales team.

  • Ensure a smooth transition from initial prospect engagement to sales discussions.
CRM & Sales Activity Management
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, conversations, and follow-up activities.
  • Update sales activities and prospect status regularly.
  • Maintain proper follow-up schedules.
  • Ensure sales records are complete and up to date.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Sales Executive and consulting team.
  • Share prospect feedback, common objections, and market insights.
  • Support improvements to outreach strategies and sales processes.
  • Participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
  • Experience conducting outbound sales activities including cold calling and email outreach.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with business professionals and decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Experience maintaining customer information and activities in a CRM system.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work toward sales targets and performance goals.
