Description

SYSGENIK is seeking a Software Developer – Salesforce to develop, integrate, enhance, and support Salesforce solutions for client projects and SYSGENIK initiatives.

The successful candidate should have strong hands-on development skills and understand Salesforce development beyond simply writing Apex.

The developer should be able to make sound implementation decisions while considering platform limits, security, scalability, maintainability, performance, and long-term technical impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and platform technologies.
  • Build Apex classes, triggers, services, batch processes, queueable jobs, scheduled processes, and reusable components.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components.
  • Develop Salesforce automation using the appropriate combination of declarative and programmatic tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, platform events, and other integration technologies.
  • Implement solutions following Salesforce security and sharing requirements.
  • Develop bulkified solutions that comply with Salesforce governor limits.
  • Write Apex test classes and maintain appropriate test coverage.
  • Debug Salesforce application and integration issues.
  • Participate in peer code reviews.
  • Follow established development and source-control standards.
  • Translate requirements and technical designs into working solutions.
  • Work with Salesforce architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers.
  • Support development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
  • Participate in deployment and release activities.
  • Document technical implementations and major design decisions.
  • Identify unnecessary customization and recommend simpler platform-native solutions where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong Apex development skills.
  • Strong Lightning Web Components development experience.
  • Strong SOQL/SOSL knowledge.
  • Salesforce Flow experience.
  • Salesforce API and integration experience.
  • Understanding of Salesforce profiles, permission sets, sharing, and security.
  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and bulkification.
  • Experience with asynchronous Apex.
  • Experience developing Apex test classes.
  • Git/source-control experience.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
