Description

SYSGENIK is seeking a Software Developer – Zoho to design, develop, customize, and integrate business solutions using the Zoho platform.

We are looking for a developer rather than a Zoho administrator.

The successful candidate should be capable of building custom business logic, integrations, applications, workflows, and extensions across the Zoho ecosystem and connecting Zoho applications with external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Zoho CRM solutions.
  • Develop custom functions and business logic using Deluge.
  • Build applications using Zoho Creator.
  • Configure and develop workflows, Blueprints, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
  • Develop integrations between Zoho and external applications.
  • Work with Zoho REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and external APIs.
  • Build custom widgets and extensions where required.
  • Develop cross-application workflows using Zoho Flow or custom integration logic.
  • Customize Zoho modules, layouts, fields, related lists, and user interfaces.
  • Design application data structures and relationships.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with accounting, ERP, e-commerce, communication, and other business systems.
  • Troubleshoot existing Zoho applications and integrations.
  • Convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write reusable and maintainable Deluge and JavaScript code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical-design discussions.
  • Develop test scenarios and support QA and UAT.
  • Support production releases and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Document custom development, integrations, configurations, and technical decisions.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on Zoho CRM development experience.
  • Strong Deluge scripting experience.
  • Zoho API integration experience.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Strong workflow and business-automation experience.
  • Understanding of relational data structures.
  • Experience integrating Zoho with third-party platforms.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

  • Zoho Creator development experience.
  • Zoho Flow experience.
  • Zoho Desk experience.
  • Zoho Books experience.
  • Zoho Analytics experience.
  • JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development experience.
