Technical Project Manager
Description

SYSGENIK is seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage consulting, CRM implementation, software-development, integration, and AI projects.

This position requires someone who understands technology delivery rather than someone whose role is limited to scheduling meetings and maintaining project-status reports.

The Technical Project Manager will coordinate clients, architects, business analysts, developers, QA professionals, and other stakeholders while maintaining ownership of scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own technology projects from initiation through production release and closure.
  • Develop project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate architects, developers, business analysts, QA resources, and client stakeholders.
  • Manage Salesforce, Zoho, AI, SaaS, integration, and custom software-development projects.
  • Manage project scope and identify potential scope creep.
  • Document and manage change requests where project requirements change.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, decisions, and action items.
  • Identify delivery risks before they become client escalations.
  • Run project kickoffs, status meetings, sprint planning, backlog reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain delivery visibility across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate requirements, design, development, QA, UAT, release, and production-stabilization activities.
  • Ensure development teams have sufficiently defined requirements before implementation begins.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to clients and leadership.
  • Work with technical teams to understand implementation constraints and dependencies.
  • Coordinate release planning and production deployments.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple projects where required.
  • Improve SYSGENIK project-delivery standards and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technology or software project-management experience.
  • Experience managing software-development or SaaS implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Practical Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Experience working directly with developers, architects, analysts, and QA teams.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, software environments, testing, releases, and deployments.
  • Strong project planning and risk-management capabilities.
  • Strong scope and change-management skills.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong written documentation and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce project experience.
  • Zoho project experience.
  • CRM implementation experience.
  • AI or data-project experience.
  • Consulting or professional-services experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster or similar Agile certification.
